All products offered through this website are physical goods unless otherwise stated. Some items may

be made to order or produced in custom sizes. Product images are for reference only; minor variations

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment

processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Shipping

Products may be shipped either directly by Jason Siegel Photography LLC or through third-party

fulfillment partners. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, production timelines,

or carrier delays.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery. We may request photos

of the damage to assess the issue. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items that arrive

damaged and are reported within this timeframe.

Lost shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will work with the shipping carrier to

determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds are only available for products that arrive damaged and are reported within 10 days of

delivery. No other refunds or returns are accepted. Custom-sized or made-to-order items are

non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

All images, artwork, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Jason Siegel

Photography LLC and are protected by copyright laws. Content is provided for personal viewing only.
